For the first time in Europe, the Haizebegi Festival is hosting the Bauls of Bengal—mystical musicians, traveling poets, and charismatic figures at major international festivals. Their art, recognized by UNESCO as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, is at once song, dance, and a living philosophy: a celebration of inner freedom and the universal bond between all beings.

On stage, the spellbinding voices of Debalina, Kartick Khyapa, and Babu Fakir and Kangal Khyapa, accompanied by the deep tones of the dotara and the incantatory rhythms of the dhol and dubkiwill bring the spirit of Bengal to life in the heart of the Basque Country.
